For California-based Nikken Global, I created a set of programmes, recipes and practical tips for clients and subsequently launched the ‘Complete Balance Programme’ in 27 EU countries in 2013

For Glow in the Park, I took the post of Chair and sourced sponsorship opportunities.

As food consultant of The Ideal Collection chain I oversee compliance of the menu for vegan and vegetarian clientele, also advising on nutritional content of all dishes.

For Muc-Off, I created the whole Athlete Performance Program with from blogging, business planning, product creation and team building.

A start-up called Co-Fro with London Paleo Girl, Tessa Kelly. I created a business plan for sales and marketing to launch the product nationwide and hit it’s first major supermarket.

I was a specialist health consultancy who created a range of healthy recipes for their 300+ sites across the UK including SKY, Vodophone, Lloyds Banking Group, NEXT, LinkedIn to name a few.

I created the recipes, blogs, nutritional content and compliance for Slendertone Global for the 6 week challenge.

For Fitness First Global I created all the Nutrition recipes, blogs, content and compliance for the Custom Fit App launched in UK, Germany and Asia.
