Welcome to the Revamp Your Wellness Series.
This is a 9-Book series featuring week-by-week templates to inspire and educate you on making healthier choices for a long-term positive change to your physical and mental wellness.
Each book builds upon the others to create a 360-degree holistic view of your whole-body health.
This series is a journey of lifestyle changes that will improve your body, mind, and wellbeing.
My person goal for you is to Feel Great (better than you do right now!), and to Do More (easily fit more into your schedule) and to Be More (be happier in yourself while you build resilience with your new regime).
Why Revamp?
40% of daily behaviours are driven by habit. This book is basically a “good habit” builder.
We all have a good idea of the basics of how to feel better:
cut the junk food,
exercise more,
drink more water
drink less alcohol
But for many reasons it’s not usually that simple. In fact, in MOST cases it’s not that simple!
We don’t do the daily things that will enhance our lives in a positive way.
We get caught up in our lives being busy and prioritise little time to take care of our needs. As a consequence, we end up feeling frustrated, annoyed, confused, unwell, and in some cases, daunted and so frozen that we can’t see a way forward to sort out our own health and live the life we dream of having.
With this series, I really want you to participate and progress with your health.

Book 3:
ReVamp Your Wellness Book 3 introduces some self-care rituals from the time I lives in Japan. Sticking with the Asian theme, I talk about the health benefits of matcha green tea with a few recipes to try with matcha to help especially if you’re suffering from a hangover. I have a few more hangover antidotes too.
I discuss the benefits of eating a good breakfast, the elements of healthy, friendly fats being introduced and looking at strategies to help wean you off of sugar.
The connection between inflammation and disease is that chronic internal inflammation is the precursor to the diseases of civilisation (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity and some mental health conditions), so it’s imperative to choose anti-inflammatory foods whenever possible and the Revamp Recipes are based on this principle where possible.
There are over 30 new recipes in book 3, adding those to book 1 and book 2, you’re now at over 100 recipes to inspire you to eat more variety!

In book 3, I also introduce the gratitude journal, which will follow throughout the rest of the series now as the science as how linked gratitude to so many health benefits such as improving physical health and psychological health. Enhancing empathy and reducing aggression. Grateful people sleep better and have increased self-esteem, plus many more benefits so it’s a keeper while you’re Revamping Your Wellness.

Book 4:
ReVamp Your Wellness Book 4 introduces the wheel of wellness and the interconnectedness of 10 different areas of wellness that are crucial for a “whole-istic” and balanced healthy life. The Revamp wheel of wellness relates to the idea that humans should be studied as a “whole” and not just the individual sums of their parts. The wheel relates to areas of life and how that integrates with an individual. Practically speaking, it is a continuous process and daily devotion to obtain a whole-istic balance, which is EASILY explained for you.
The weekly meal planning, daily habit builders and gratitude journal continues to help you flow through book 4 and is peppered with healthy tips including exercises and tummy transformers and fitness tips. Over 30 new recipes and food alternative swaps.
I also introduce financial wellness and the wheel of wealth and how to have an abundance mindset. Financial wellness is critical for all people because it can help lower your stress levels. Stress related to money worries can affect every aspect of your life, so let’s balance this area in book 4.

Book 8
ReVamp Your Wellness Book 8 is all bout hormones, peri-menopause, menopause and strategies to cope if you or a family member has reached this stage in life. I talk about foods to fight the menopause and strategies for targeting belly fat and remedies for cellulite (for both women and men!).
There are tips to stay consistent with your meal planning and diet, alongside the healthy habit builder and gratitude journal.
There are over 30 new recipes to help with hormone balancing, build health bones and cleansing with some juices.
I also deep dive into osteoporosis as it can strike at any age, but affects women during the menopause stage, but bear in mind that osteoporosis affects both men and women. Osteoporosis is often called the 'silent thief' because bone loss occurs without symptoms unless one has fractured. Osteoporosis can result in disfigurement, lowered self-esteem, reduction or loss of mobility, and decreased independence, therefore super important to Revamp your Wellness around building strong bones.

Book 9
ReVamp Your Wellness Book 9 is the final book in the series and it continues your ReVamp journey by continuing your daily healthy habit building and gratitude journaling alongside your weekly meal planning. The full Revamp 9 book series has over 300 recipes to help you meal plan the most delicious and nutritious meals to help fuel your body and mind. I have also added a list of 150 foodie ingredients that you can incorporate into your meal planning to make sure you’re super-charging your mind and body.
I deep dive into arthritis and gout and how to alleviate joint pain through healthy eating and natural remedies.
I love adding a cultural element with the different styles of cooking and I also talk about how to stay healthy during the Ramadan. I have friends and clients who find it difficult to eat healthily during this time as it lasts for roughly one month. Ramadan happens during the 9th month of the Islamic calendar. The Islamic calendar is based on the cycle of the moon so the dates of Ramadan change every year. Whether you celebrate this daily fast from sunrise to sunset and feast after the sun goes down or not, doesn’t mean you won’t enjoy this article or recipes and they can still inspire and motivate you to eat healthily with some super tasty treats as well.
To celebrate the completion of the series and the new Revamped you, I talk about why celebrating is an activity we should do more often to gain momentum, boost our self-worth and self-esteem, plus it’s fun!

The WORKBOOK
The workbook is filled with templates from the series to help you continue your ReVamp journey and stay accountable to your health and wellness. The templates are a continuation of those in the 9-book series, so you’ll be familiar how to use them.
The daily habit builder is a daily routine tick-list which helps to provides structure and a logical sequence to our busy day, week and lives. It provides the framework within which we live our lives and conduct our daily activities. Soon we become familiar and comfortable with what we have to do each day. It allows us to experience a flow to our day with all the new healthy habits you have learned and you want to incorporate into your life.
Keeping the weekly meal planning going will help you stay on track for long-term health goals, plus helps you budget your meals and keep you organised with a variety of foods fuelling your body and mind.
The gratitude journal can be good for organising your time and working things out. Research shows that ‘journaling’ can help us manage stress by understanding what’s going on in our minds. You can practice gratitude by writing down the things you’re grateful for on a daily basis. This can boost your mood from feeling ‘OK’ to feeling good more regularly. Also, it’s great when you flick back and see all the nice recordings you made as reminders for the things you appreciate in life. This method is amazing for tracking feelings, tasks and events. It can help you to organise your thoughts into an easily trackable format, so you can keep tabs on your mood.
The ReVamp workbook templates can be self-soothing, and you can do it at any time of the day. Everyone will approach it differently and it’s important to feel as though it’s helping you stay on track.
