• 1-2-1 follow-up consultation at end of 14 days and another follow-up at 30 days after START date

• 1-2-1 WhatsApp monitoring system for first 2 weeks to get your started

• Personalised health plan of 2 weeks of bespoke recipes, supplement recommendations and exercise recommendations

• 20% Discount Code for online Purchases in SHOP

• If Appropriate, added to GROUP mentoring Group on Facebook

SILVER - £400

• 1-2-1 initial consultation (Phone/Skype/Zoom)

• 1-2-1 follow-up consultation at end of 30 days from your start date
